We often work as fluids and CFD experts in multidisciplinary teams managed by our clients.
However, we have developed the capability to lead these teams ourselves in order to deliver part or the entire product development programme. We have led teams dispersed in different countries and have taken products from the concept stage to prototype manufacture and test.
We use the Design Council Double Diamond framework:
Discover – Idea inception & inspiration
Define – Interpretation & alignment with user needs, definition of business objectives
Develop – Development of design-led solution
Deliver – Finalisation & launch
Our core work is usually focused on the Develop stage in which we use our skills and expertise to ensure that the product works.
