IFS Become a Technical Partner in the Atmostrack Venture – September 2003
Atmostrack have chosen IFS as their partner in the aerodynamic design and development of their vehicles. Atmostrack are a start-up company who have resurrected and revised Brunel’s concept of the “Atmospheric Railway”:http://www.bbc.co.uk/history/society_culture/industrialisation/brunel_isambard_02.shtml in which air pressure is used to propel a train carriage rather than a locomotive.
