How We Work
Our typical project process involves:
- Initial Free Consultation: We are happy to meet with you wherever you are to discuss in detail the nature of your problem. At this meeting we aim to understand your requirements and constraints.
- Work Proposal: We will draft a 2 to 3 page work proposal describing our understanding of your problem. The proposal also includes:
- A detailed work break-down
- Fixed pricing
- Estimates of duration for each component
We construct our proposals to offer a high level of flexibility so that you can control how the project moves forward.
- Interim Reporting: During the work programme we aim to deliver preliminary results and interim reports at the completion of each stage.
- Final Technical Report and Delivery: At the completion of the project we deliver a detailed technical report summarising:
- The work undertaken
- The methods employed
- Results, conclusions and recommendations
Other deliverables may also include detailed CAD design, engineering specifications, analysis and simulation files, etc.
- Client Review: We ideally prefer to meet face-to-face with our clients at the completion of the project to present our findings in detail and to discuss our recommendations.
