We help our clients design, develop and improve their products using “virtual prototyping” techniques that reduce cost, time to market and also improve product quality by reducing the risk of failure.
We contribute to all stages of the design process from the development of initial concepts to optimising the final design and preparing for manufacture.
Our approach is design-led and we invest significant time in developing a bespoke solution methodology for each client that:
- Develops the product design from a fundamental understanding of the underlying fluid flows
- Uses a mixture of analysis tools – although experts in the use of CFD we aim to use the most appropriate mix of tools
- Is cost-effective and delivers tangible benefits – we work with clients of all sizes including SMEs and aim to deliver value at all stages of our work
- Is rigorous technically – we pride ourselves in our in-depth fluids knowledge/CFD expertise and the quality of service we provide
- Has an engineering approach – we aim to deliver solutions that are practical and viable
